For as long as I can remember, I have always had a fascination with the sky, clouds and stars. Everytime I look above me into the vast skies, I am filled with a sense of wonder and contentment, as if that is where I really belong.
I love to take pictures of the sky and to capture just a segment of its entire beauty. I often refer to the skies in my writing for many symbolic meanings which are not always the same. The sky is a large, wondrous thing that may seem simple, but really is a mixture of complexities that we are yet to full comprehend.
Give me wings, so I may soar in the sky and live in the clouds, gazing out into the universe where the stars play.
